  1. Discounted Items: All sales on discounted or promotional items are final and cannot be returned.

  2. Return Period: Returns are only accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  3. Condition for Returns: Products must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and contents as received.

  4. Refund Method: We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  5. Exchanges (Size Adjustments): Items can be exchanged for a different size within 2 days from delivery, provided they meet the return conditions above.
